About DJ Bradley
My name is DJ Bradley; I am from Seattle, Washington, USA. I am a photographer and I love traveling to new places to meet new people, to share their stories and show other parts of the world using multimedia. I also love the outdoors; there is nothing better then a hike up in the mountains! This blog will be a place for me to share the stories about my travels and tell the stories behind some of my images. Currently I am in the Kurdistan region of Northern Iraq teaching English for a year.
As one of my photography teachers, Carlan Tapp, once said, “It is my firm belief that a photograph is a window, it can create a portrait, it can create awareness, it can educate, and it can create change.”
I agree with that statement 100%! It is my hope that my photography will in some way enrich our world; through education, awareness and bringing change when needed. I want to thank each and everyone of you for taking the time to read my blog and view my photographs. And a special thank you to all of you that have educated, supported and encouraged me along the way. Without you, none of what I do would be possible. I thank God everyday for the opportunities He has given me and the chance to share them with others.

Hi Dj
Someday we will go to the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State together because I like hiking and go on a picnic.
God willing
Very interesting premise for a blog. Will have my son (we homeschool) read through your posts. Thanks, Gloris
